Using 7.0.2.200 and I'm getting the message

PSStartPrintJob : Unable to open database

when I schedule a particular report though it runs fine in design mode and I did a successful Database -> Verify.

Can anybody suggest anything I could look at?

Thanks,

PP

You should include the database and connectivity used.

There's a known concern with file based databases, such as Access if they are using a local account and don't have access to a file on another machine.

We are using direct connectivity to Access databases that are on the same server as Seagate.

This sometimes happens when you update a report file but don't "refresh" it in SI. Right-click on the report and select Properties. Click on the Refresh button on the first tab, close and try again.

A computer only does what you actually told it to do - not what you thought you told it to do.
