You we all know the rest of the tune. Called Avaya, they said it was out. I couldn't find. They couldn't find. Can you find it, cause I sure would like to see it. If the greater FORCES of the the Avaya world are listening, where the heck is the link? I know when it is coming out, tomorrow and then tomorrow comes so they feed you the same answer as stated above, tomorrow. I have been following the post's on going with no luck of tracking anything anywhere. I think the release delay is that they are trying to clean up last minute fixes so they don't have to go .25,.26.,.27. What ever you guys have finished give it up. We are the ones making the work arounds and fixes, waisting time and the boss'/customer's $$. For all those sensitive readers out there, I'm not bashing just trying to get a long overdue point across. Love IP Office hate the bugs. Okay I'm done, I think I'll try sleeping a full 5-6 hours tonight.

P.S. Anyone get a non-beta version of 2.1.24 that has been released or are we still at bay?

I've seen this morning that 2.1.24 appeared again avaya's trial site.......good or bad news....I don't know...

Thanks for the update and precation, got the core binary files. Lets see if we are off to the races? 2.0.18 downgrade standing by.

Where exactly on the Avaya support site do you find all this info, trial stuff etc...

Soopa Doopa Intergalactic IP Office installation mechanic and configuration corruptor from way back.

I used the link that Mr.IPO posted above and it took me right there. If you want the core binary files another way. I found them again by going to the avaya web site, choose Support/Software & Firmware Downloads/IPOffice/All Documents. Once here under the heading Software Downloads, Count # is 4. As for the trial site????? Hope this helps.

Just to update installed it in a few switches today (copy/paste in manager, then upgrade in preferences as usual.) Things look good so far.

The trail site is an FTP server where Avaya post Beta Software (for the up comming V3.0 trials etc)

It can only be accessed with usner name & password & I would not want to risk the Wrath of Avaya by disclosing it.

Those who know Know. But as they finaly got Build 24 onto the website late monday it is no longer important.

I got 2.1.24 from the FTP site Friday, and updated the client yesterday. Seeing that 2.1.24 is now available from the website, I compared the two zip files. The one I got via FTP on Friday has 3 more files than the one I grabbed today? What's with that?

The other 13 files match by name & filesize, but not by date.

The Zip file on the FTP server had 2 empty word documents
the date stamp would change whan the files were coppied between machines at avaya so are probably not a very good indication of version

try a file compare on the bin files & you will find no difference
