.psr from PB is causing PC to crash when they print

I have some people that when they print a report from PowerBuilder it will print a blank page. I ended up having to install the printer they are printing to through tcpip usually we install it through our print server. That will fix the problem. However another problem started when these people print from our intranet a report made from reporting services causes the computer to crash. If the printer from the printer that is added from the print server it is fine however it will cause .psr to print blank. So they have to remember to choose what printer driver to use when printing so that the computer does not crash. Any thoughts?
