PSP8 - "Unknown Error" Problems

I just got PSP8. When I create a circle and try to move it, I get the following errors:

Unknown error occurred with command JGLDeformObject
Unknown error occurred with command VectorAlignCenterInCanvas

Does anyone have an idea as to how I can fix this?

I successfully downloaded the PSP 8.1 patch. I have Windows 98 (second edition), 128 MB RAM.

Thanks for any ideas.
