PSP8 Error when Resizing

Hello everyone. I've had PSP8 since I helped with the beta. Saturday I had to reformat and reinstall everything. I can no longer resize anything, nor can I increase canvas size. Any time I try, here's the script error that pops up:

Unknown error occurred with command: JGLDeformObject
Unknown error occurred with command: Resize

I've tried uninstalling PSP with the MSI, uninstalling manually (including reg. entries and .msi files), and I've tried repairing it. Nothing is working. Does anyone have any suggestions??
