psp8 Colour change when uploading pictures elsewhere

I load pictures into Paint shop pro 8 to resize them, or alter the colours of something, but when I try and upload them elsewhere, the colours don't work properly, they change.
This is really frustrating and I've run out of ideas as to why.

Can you provide a bit more information? What file format are you saving the images in? What "elsewhere" are you "uploading" the images to? In what way do the colours change? Can you show us any example images so we can see what you mean?

Sorry, it's ok. This always seems happen, as soon as I ask a question, I realise the problem - someone had changed the compression.
Thanks for taking an interest though.
