Taking for granted that the print drivers are correctly installed, I doubt seriously that the problem is with PSP. I own 5 color printers - all Epson - and not one of them will print the same image the same way. Years of experimenting has taught me that, assuming the ink is fresh and the print head is clean, the paper is the biggest culprit to poorly printed images. You just can't get a good print job with inexpensive paper. (There is a lot of so called "photo paper" on the market that is nothing more than a standard bond paper with a special coating on it. In my tests, this type of paper will yield results like you are getting.)

On two of my printers I have to use Kodak's premium heavy weight paper to get photo-like print results. On another, I get excellent results with Office Depot's premium photo paper. And on another I can get outstanding results using a heavy weight matte paper! It just takes some experimentation - and patience - to get the results you need.

There's always a better way. The fun is trying to find it!

I was using Epson glossy photo paper 20 pages for 18 euros.
and its a flimsy as hell. The Kodak paper you use sounds interesting, is it expensive?

Also i have read good reviews about Epson photo printers , Do you find them good ? recommend one?

Realy appreciate your input.
