Just installed PSP 9 on my new laptop so it's a clean install (no other versions previous). It's Win XP Pro with SP2 (Dell Latitude 850.
When I try to open PSP 9, I get an hour glass and then nothing. If I press ctrl-alt-delete to go to the Task Manager, I can see the EXE there under the Task List but it never starts.
Talking about the patches: which ones should I download and install in what order? Could it be that I need a patch for SP2?
I have ben using PSP since v3.12 and am not a happy camper about this install! I have never had a problem before.
I really would appreciate any help with this and thank you all in advance for your assistance!
