Hello all,
I created an pseudo ACD on CMS r14 and what I want to do is to create new user but I got error that it is not possible because this is pseudo ACD. I need this pseudo ACD for third party and I want to set permission for that party to see only their data (skills, agents) but it seems that is not possible. That user can be administer on main (normal) ACD only and I can't make restriction for that user to see all administered agents on main ACD. I can set permissions for skills, VDN's but not for agents or to restrict that user to see only this pseudo ACD.
