Hi,
I have a site running novell netware 3.2.
When they try to load the print server (server_1) with the command "load pserver server_1", it is asking for a non existent password.
The only work around I have found for this is to go in to PCONSOLE as supervisor and clear the password for the print server.
This is not something we want the user doing, they are happy to load and unload the print server to fix print problems, but I dont want them playing around with supervisor rights, as I am sure you all can see.
The only help I have got from Novell KB, was to load the printer server with the print server name not the queue name, but we are loading with the print server name.
Any help would be great.
Thanks,
