Hi Ive just bought my first printer second hand and its broke.
Its saying paper jam, there is no paper jammed.
Ive tried unplugging the printer holding the on/off button down for 30sics then plugging power back in.
Ive tried holding 6 # down and whilst plugging power back in.
Tried cleaning wheels at back.
How is the paper feeding mechanism behind back panel supposed to work?
Will it go through the motions with the panel off? At the mo nothing seems to happen, on or off.
Any help would be most appreciated.
