hi everybody. just got this printer a few months ago. i just started using it regularly about 1 month ago. everything was working fine until one day i got the above error. i did the normal cleaning proceedure, but to no avail. i replaced the black cart, still same error message. i guess my next step is to replace the color cart, unless there is some other remedy. this just seems odd for this to happen when my printer is so new. thanks for any help !
