I'm running XP on a PC desktop and when I try to print jpegs, the PSC does an awful, jagged job - it makes the jpegs look very low res.
- I can print high quality photos with no problem, so it's apparently not the printer.
- When I print the same jpeg file on other camputer/printer setups, it prints perfectly.
- The distortion occurs no matter which app. I print from - Word, Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.
- helpful HP support told me to change the print setting from "normal" to "best" (duh) - it did nothing.
Any help is appreciated!
