PSAX 2300 Console Access

I have a PSAX 2300, and the console cable provided by Lucent.
RJ11<---->RJ45
The console access works, when I plug the RJ45 end into a Patch Panel that is in turn connected to an Octopus Cable to a Cisco 2611. So I grabbed the console cable and and tried to connect via Hyperterminal/Terra Term Pro using the Settings described in the Lucent Manual. I am using a standard 9 PIN connector that I use to console into Cisco Gear. And I cant get console access, does any one have any pointers ?

I figured it out on my own.
PSAX <--console cable><-> Ethernet Coupler<-> Cisco Flat ribbon cable <-> Cisco 9 pin adapter <-> Hyperterminal
