PS4 x64 no pass through authentication

I just joined a Windows 2003 Standard SP1 x64 server with Pres server x64 to the server farm, and when users launch any programs from that specific server im not getting the users authentication passed through.

It actually comes up as though the passed through passwords is incorrect, yet when the user types in the same passwords again, no problems!

This only seems to be happening through the Web interface. Any users using the Program neighborhood have no issues (so far)
