Hello everyone...!

Running PS4 on W2k3 Server SP1-
I publish a desktop to users-
I re-direct user's Start Menu too


Question:

When a user clicks on the automatic Envelope icon that reads EMAIL MS OFFICE OUTLOOK (at the top of the start menu)- Outlook does NOT open. Instead, Internet Properties Window opens...

Anyone know how to fix this???
