PS2 on a console port router CISCO

Hi, I have a Thinkpad without DB-9 port than I need a COM port to connect to Cisco routers. I have a PS-2 port but i dont know the way tu translate the good signals...
I bought a male PS2 to male DB9 transciever but i dont know ho to convert it on a Win 98 OS.
