Can the settings of a PostScript printer be controlled from Word VBA? I have a macro which needs to create a PostScript file; I do this with Application.PrintOut. This works well, except that I need to ensure that the file is in colour and TrueType fonts are downloaded as softfonts. These are driver settings.

Recording a macro gives only the code for Application.PrintOut - ominously nothing for the printer settings. Am I missing something?

Thanks in advance,

Bill.
