PS CS and Sony SR2

I am aware *.SR2 files may be accessed by updates for PS CS2; however, is there a PS-plugin update that permits access of this format in CS? It seems the only approach may be to opened the files in the Sony-furnished RAW reader, and the transferred them to PS CS?
