Greetings All -

A quick answer to this, if possible, please - to keep me from losing it....

I have a photoshop file with about 30 layers in it - many of which contain drop shadows. For some reason, they've all disappeared!

Does anyone know of a often-errored method of losing your dropshadows (the layers still say they're there - and if I add a layer on top - still no drop shadow!).

Thanks,
//sse

Are the drop shadows created by using the 'Layer Style" tool .
If so, perhaps the effects have been globally turned off.

Go to LAYER>LAYERSTYLE>SHOW ALL EFFECTS. If it says "HIDE ALL EFFECTS, then this isn't the cause.

I would be looking at layer opacity/fill but unlikely that its down on every layer. Any more info/clues please ?
