I asked this in the Symposium Forum. Can I print position ID's? I need to find an available one and also what range is in the PBX.

I get a schultz code (721) when I type SCB, it says SCB must exist for Out, CHG or PRT command.

it seems that you do not have a sched.
try
Ld 11

REQ: prt
TYPE: dnb
CUST 0
DN (your ACD DN)=(last 4 digit)
this should give all the active position IDS
and their TN

it should look like the following
SUPY ACID 7300 TN 004 0 06

ACID 7323 TN 004 0 02 05
ACID 7320 TN 008 0 03 11
ACID 7308 TN 008 0 07 11
ACID 7314 TN 020 0 09 11

hope that helps
