I had to change the IP address in my PBX (Opt81C) and notice when I STAT host, it shows my old host and addresses. The PRT HOST shows my new host name and address.

The HOST name did not change. There isn't and entry number for the hosts in the STAT host, it just has (--) in front of the host name.

How do I make it so the two match? will this cause an issue?

Have you activated new host in LD117? if yes, Disable Elnk in LD137 and Enable it again.
Otherwise, first Activate the new host in LD117 and do the above.

I have did a CHG ENLK ACTIVR "HOSTNAME" for my Primary and Inactive for my Secondary Host. I have Disabled/Enabled Elnk several times. I can reach the host via a RLOGIN connection ok, but the the PRT and STAT Host tables do not match in LD 117.
An strange entry appearred in the STAT table using my NEW IP address I assigned for my primary host (vxTarget). Below is my screen prints with the IP's blocked out. GENESYS is Primaray - GENESYS1 is secondary.

=> stat host
*** Active Internet Host Table ***
ID Hostname IP Address
-- localhost X.X.X.X
-- host X.X.X.X
1 LOCAL_PPP_IF X.X.X.X
2 REMOTE_PPP_IF X.X.X.X
-- GENESYS X.X.X.X
-- GENESYS1 X.X.X.X
3 vxTarget X.X.X.X

=> prt host
ID Hostname X.X.X.X
1 LOCAL_PPP_IF X.X.X.X
2 REMOTE_PPP_IF X.X.X.X
3 GENESYS X.X.X.X
4 GENESYS1 X.X.X.X
OK

THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.... The solution was INI the switch and it sync'd the tables.
