Prroblem Downloading From Microsoft Templates

Whenever i try to download a template from microsoft, the template download window opens, but starts or finishes downloading. I have not had this problem in any other case.

Please Help, any ideas will due,

Is it possible that perhaps one of your antivirus or anti-spyware programs is causing this?
For instance, i have popup stopper pro installed. And if i want to get a download when i click on it, I also have to press the "ctrl" button or i cant get the download.
So perhaps one of your programs is preventing the download?
If not, are you able to get other downloads?
You could have a spyware\malware issue. Antivirus scan doenst do all the job these days. But you can go to trend-micro and do an online scan there for free. They are very good at finding trojans and other malware that our antivirus prog misses.
