Proxy settings through active directory 1

Hi there,

Can anyone tell me how to configure proxy setting within AD which would then roll out onto the domain, i cant seem to see where to put the IP and port settings in within Group policy?

Help appreciated

User Config --> Windows Settings --> Internet Explorer Maintenance --> Connection --> Proxy Settings

Another question, how do i go about locking this down so nobody can actually change the settings within IE?
