Can anyone tell me if ther's a vay to bypass a closed port in the proxy-server???? That is to use a program which normaly uses this specific port (which now is closed... - then the program can not be used). I thought maybe somway you can use some program which makes this program look like something else to the proxy ( and use a different port )
I'm not an expert so it's difficult to understand what I mean... yes? If someone can help i would be very happy!!!

You can´t open the port you need or make someone else open it? Seems like the easiest sollution.
you can always try tunneling through your proxy/firewall. With a tunneling program you can transform a package, which communicates on a closed port into a common format (ex. http on port 80).
I´ve no experience in this myself and know very little about it. There´s got to be tons of information on those so called hacking sites.
