Any know of any really good, secure and reliable windows based proxy servers?

If you want to stick with Microsoft, then go with ISA 2004. However, this is actually more than just a proxy server and perhaps overkill for your needs and budget. You can get the details on Microsoft's website

Yeh ISA is good but your right its overkill! im stuck, all the options out there for small office setups ive not heard of and dont want to take a risk with being recomended
