proxy server with router

I would like to connect to a specific proxy server. I am running XP Pro, SP2, with a D-Link router. How do I access an FTP site through my chosen proxy server? Thanks in advance.

Set IE to use your chosen proxy server, then enter the FTP server info in the address bar:

ftp://ftp.site.com
