My company runs a SBS2008 server that we installed a year ago, and we completely rebuilt the network since we were coming from SBS2000, and there was no simple upgrade path. On the old sbs2k server we ran an ISA server, and the GPO was configured to set the proxy automatically for all users.
When we upgraded, we did away with a proxy server, but for some reason every time I perform a first login on a client system, the proxy information is filled into the IE settings for me. It doesn't seem to be a leftover, since it's giving the new servers name, and not the old.
I've looked through the GPOs on the system 1 by 1 in detail, and havent found any reference there. Any ideas on where else I should look for the setting that is causing the new accounts to pick up an (invalid) proxy configuration?
Thanks
