Proxy server not allowing e-mail connection

I have Small Business running on an NT 4 box. 3 out of 4 client machines, running WinProxy client can connect and receive mail intra-office and from outside. The 4th machine will allow messages to be sent, but it is not receiving any mail. I have tried all possible settings in Outlook and checked the server for any possiblities that might help with no success.

Any advice is appreciated.

I would like to get this working before I switch to Windows 2003 server and do away with the Proxy all together.
