Proxy server can't access trusted domain

I have a two way full trust configured between my two domains A & B. A router is between the two domains. The two way trust appears to be complete.

My proxy server has two nic cards, one internal, one external... with internal and external addresses respectivly. I have the internal & external nic cards both setup with wins settings pointing to an internal wins server and DNS pointing to external(ISP's) DNS servers. Note that neither card points to an internal DNS server, they both point to external DNS servers(ISP's DNS servers).

Problem:
I am trying to see the PDC on domain B thru network neighborhood from domain A. Now I can see domain B's PDC from other servers on domain A, but not from the dual homed Proxy server. Each time I open Network Neighborhood on domain A, I can see domain B's name listed, but when I click on it I get a message saying that the domain controller is not available and I can't see any machines.

I think this is some sort of WINS problem, but I don't know for sure. I can ping the PDC on domain B from proxy just fine and I can ping the PDC's name, it resolves just fine, but I cant see anything from Network Neighborhood but the name of the domain...no machines??

Any help would be nice.

I am not sure, why would you need to "see" the machine in Network Neighb., since you can have full access to it, but...
Have you tried to edit LMHOSTS file with a machine's name/IP addr.?

Yes, both PDC in each domain have an LMhosts file with the correct 1C and 1B mappings, they both have static WINS entries, They both have the others WINS server in WINS listed. Currently, as of today, we got Domain B to trust domain A. But Domain A still says it's trust can't be verified with Domain B.

When Domain A was entered in Domain B's TRUSTED box it said successful!! But when Domain B was entered in Domain A's TRUSTED box, it said it can't be verified.

Currently Domain B can add Domain A users to Domain B groups and Domain A can map to and use Domain B's drives and folders. We really need to make this trust two way though.

Any ideas.....

Recap, both PDC's have the correct LMhosts files that have been verified good by nbtstat -c command. It shows 1C & 1B enteries. Both PDC's are WINS servers pointing to themselves in TCP settings. Both have static WINS entries listing the others PDC and address. Both have only one NIC card, currently B trusts A, but we need this to be two ways.
