How we I change the outbound traffic from the proxy server to the Cisco connection?

let me give you some details

All our remote locations have Netopia configured to point to our main office first. Our main officeNetopia sends all this traffic to the Proxy Server. The Proxy Server then determines if the traffic should go back out to the Internet or stay internal. I don't know how this happens. The traffic that continues out to the Internet via DSL needs to be re-routed to the new Cisco router. The traffic that stays internal can continue to be returned to the remote sites via DSL.

how we can change the outbound traffic from the proxy server to the Cisco connection?
