Proxy Rules bypass

I'm working as a temp for a major company, that's blocking a lot of websites, including words such as games, hack, and obviously all sex related issues. I find blocking porn sites normal, but I can't surf sites for games and or some IT-related sites, which bugs me. Does anyone here know of a tool to bypass the proxy server rules? I found multiple links to a program called Hydrant Internet Security, but am unable to download it anywhere, be it shareware or freeware?
Any help would be highly appreciated.
