Proxy rights lost to view calendar

One of our departments uses the GW calendar to book appointments for staff. They all give proxy right/write access to each others apppointments so anyone can book an appointment for another staff person. We have had problems in the past when a users PO was changed and if others had that address in frequent contacts then they couldn't see the clients calendar.
Now we have a situation where no one has changed PO's but one of the clients can't see the calendars of 3 of the others. There are about 20 clients in the department who share their calendars this way
We use GW 5.5EP on Netware 5.0. Any ideas on why they would suddenly not be able to see the other calendars?

Have you run maintenance on the Post Ofiice yet? If not, do so. That will allow everything to be cleaned up and sync'd up.

Have you verified the Proxy settings on each of the problem workstations? If these particular Users were to login to GroupWise from another workstation, do they still see the issue? How about if someone else logs on to the "problem workstation"? Do they see the same issue?

If the problem follows the User, you need to run maintenance. If the problem stays at the original workstation, then the problem is in the client.
