Proxy Pass with scripts in URL

Hi. I have worked with Proxy Pass for a bunch of sites so I know how to get it working for a regular site. However, now I am trying to get it to point to a site that has a script at the end of the URL. For example:

http://www.example.com:8080/test/f?p=102:1:389073681278203

The problem is not so much the long URL but the port number. I need to proxy the page so that I can move the port number to the normal port 80.

Anyone know how I can accomplish this?

Just to clarify what I am trying to accomplish:

I am wanting to turn this,

http://www.example.com:8080/f?p=102:1:4314724690407453

into this,

http://www.example.com/f?p=102:1:4314724690407453

Using ProxyPass, I can get the page to proxy but not display all of the images or any of the links...

I got this figured out. I was using Oracle APEX and someone helped me in the forum on Oracle.com. Here is the link to that forum just in case anyone else has the same issue.
