Proxy keeps asking for authentication

We run ISA 2000 in a Windows 2003 server domain. A few of my XP user keep getting a window that asks for authentication after they have already logged in the domain. The users still have access to internet, network etc... All they have to do is hit cancel. Nothing else seems to be different, any ideas?
