Proxy client and IBM Personal Communications

My clients need MS Proxy client to connect external smtp and pop server.
But they needs to use IBM Personal Communications too, but when I try to connect the host via telnet but the connection is redirected by the proxy client and the connection fail.
If I disable the proxy client all work fine...

Can I disable the telnet protocol in MS Proxy client??
