Proxy Authentication error

We are trying to publish to our web page using Frontpage 98 and ISA 2000 proxy. We are getting the following error.

HTTP 407 Proxy Authentication Required - The ISA Server requires authorization to fulfill the request. Access to the Web Proxy service is denied. (12209)

Can someone help....
