Proxy and port 88

Few days ago I installed new software called Platnik on workstation. Platnik use port 88 for comunication. Unfortunately port 88 is probably blocked on my proxy, because Platnik cannot comunicate with servers that are outside. My server is: Win NT 4.5 SBS. My question is: How to enable communication on port 88 for only this one workstation (or whole LAN)?
