Proxy access

I am starting a groupwise 5.5 build on netware 4.11

I have been asked to investigate whether or nor the proxy access can be given to some users and not to others. From what I can see, there is no way to restrict this to certain users. Can anyone shed some light on this.

Proxy access is by default denied to all other users. Each user has to specify the user(s) and level of access individually. See:

Sorry Mark, I explained the problem badly.

I have several users.....One of the users a secretary, another is her boss.

I wish the boss to be able set up his mail so that the secretary can see it.
However, I do not wish any other members of groupwise to be able to set up any proxy functions for themselves.

In effect, I want some people to have access to the proxy 'function' and some not to have any access to it at all.

I'm pretty sure you can't disable proxy access.
