Proxy Access - Calendar View Only

Hi -

This question is building off my previous question re: alias. I have granted an exec secretary access rights to my mailbox. I thought I set it properly. When she proxys into my mailbox, she see every single folder I have. Even though she can not see the content of each, she can still see them.

Well, it wouldn't be an issue, But I did have to rename some of my folders like "Jokes" to now read "802.2 Issues"

Is there a way to give only Calendar Proxy view?

No, because you are giving GroupWise mailbox rights then basically filtering them. The client's main screen is where that starts.

Looks like re-naming w/Creativity is on the agenda for me and my calendar folder names.
