Proxomitron and AOL7 not Working

Using W98, modem, AOL7 and running IE6 as browser, I cannot get Proxo to work. I can access the net but Proxo is unaware of it. Using another ISP and IE6 with exactly the same settings, per Proxo instructions, everything works fine.
Seems to be a problem re: AOL7.

Perhaps you need to contact AOL's great tech. support.(I say with tongue- in -cheek) "A little knowledge is a dangerous thing....."
