Provisioning a T1

Qwest wants to know how I want my Long Distance T1 configured. I have a G3si.They sent me this option:

The option definitions for Definity are as follows to match what I'm asking.
AVAYA DEFINITY – IN DMS100 CANNOT DO NI-2 WITH QCC LD. MUST BE N1 (NATIONAL STANDARD) = OPTION B, CUSTOM = OPTION A OR NI-2 FOR LOCAL = B.

Does anyone know which option I should choose?

You need QSIG for NI2. NI1 will work without it. Custom is option A and National is option B. Goes on the DS1 form and the Trunk group form.
