Hi does anyone know how to get information from the provider.i need to get it's ip address and the location where they located. i need info such as country and city.is this at all posible ?

Utilities like finger may get you the information that you need, but that also depends on what they want to advertise.

And the tool you want to use is called a visual tracert, shows you the physical location of an ip address.. You can also send an email to the server with the command
dev@ISPservername CorporationServerName axfr
should return more info.....
