Hi,

Thanks to those who replied to my previous email about updateable query error. After changing the security to "change", the error was resolved. But now I got something different. If the page was loaded again withing a shrt frame of time, I would get the following error. If I waited a minute or so and refresh the page, the Access 2k db would get updated properly. Sounds like something to do with db opening and closing, if so, is there anyway to work around this problem? The db may be updated by multiple users at the same time.

Sounds like you are not closing and Set = Nothing your ADO objects. Always .close and 'Set = nothing' as soon as possible.
