Please help!!!

I get this error:
Provider (0x80004005) Unspecified error
It seems like it happens whenever the page tries to call an ODBC DSN. The confusing thing about that is the fact that if I wait for a while (a few minutes), the page can be viewed....
I don't know what's wrong. The server works fine with other sites and only this one produces this error.
