We are just getting into providing T1 internet service to customers. What kind of configuration do I need to go through to get a customer hooked up. I have a Cisco 3640 with 4 T1's currently. I have one customer who is ready to be hooked up and be our test dummy basically.

In the router I have 2 Fast Ethernet network modules with 2 dual port T1 CSU/DSU's in each one. The first network module with the T1 cards is all my T1 service comming in from cable and wireless. The next network module I want to use to provide to this customer. The have a Cisco1700 they are going to use for there single T1.

So basically my question is how do I configure my router so they have internet access through us.

Thanks for your help and sugestions in advance

Ron

They would setup a default route to you would work if they have no other WAN links.PPP I would also assume.

So how would I go about doing that on each end

on my end I would presume I give the serial interface and address of 10.0.0.1 255.255.255.252

on there end I will give there serial interface an address of 10.0.0.2 255.255.255.252

(I have ip's to use just used these for examples sake)

then where do I go from there? Sorry to be so slow at this or what not. This giving other people access thing is new to me....I had no problem configuring for just myself )
