Provide proxy server credentials for my WinApp?

Helo

I have a Win Application project that attempts to use a public Web Service. The service works fine through my browser. But when I attempts to use the service via my application, I get this error:

The request failed with HTTP request status 407: proxy access denied

I believe that now I need to have some credentials on the proxy for my request to go through. How do I get/set the credentials via my application?
