Depends on your hardware. Call a qualified Nortel vendor: they will be able to check your hardware. If you have the correct hardware, they can program the system for CLID, if you have the service from your telco provider.
I think you need 4.1 software for PRI to work. If you are asking about the caller ID info being sent out by each extension that would be under the OLI section of the extension's programming. You can specifiy the phone number that is sent out.
