prototype.js : dumb question 1

Hi,
This may seem like a really dumb question, but I don't quite know what it means to "download" prototype library. I'm trying to do an ajax tutorial that requires the library but when I go to download it a web page full of script opens and I haven't found any directions. My guess is to copy it and save as prototype.js but if that is so, where would be a good place to save?

Save it in the folder where your web documents are.
