I have a BCM-400 4.0 with PRI that had been operating great for years. After a power outtage, it has been having Protocol errors and dropped calls. The CLID will read 1 or 2001 or some other combination of 0's 1's and 2's and then the call drops or there is nothing there when answered. I read on the forum here, that software update 17 might resolve this issue. However, I have been unable to find this update anywhere, including Avaya support. Does anyone know where to find this update? Or has anyone seen this error before?
